Walk to Emmaus Spring 2026
Men's Walk: 4/9-12
Women's Walk: 4/16-19
The âWalk to Emmausâ is a 72-hour experience. The weekend begins on Thursday evening and ends Sunday evening. At Emmaus you will spend three busy but very enjoyable days, in retreat. You will live and study together in singing, prayer, worship, and discussion.
Discussions center around fifteen talks given by laity and clergy. These talks present the theme of Godâs grace, and how that grace comes alive in the Christian Community and expresses itself in the world. Youâll also discover how grace is real in your life, and how you can live in the life of grace, bringing grace to others.

CONNECT -
- One of the main ways I connect with Jesus is through the bible
- Why should I read my bible?
- ButâŚI donât have the time
- How do I start?
- How long should my quiet time be?
Sermon Thoughts:
7 days without spending time with Jesus makes 1 weak
What happens when I die is determined by what I do with Jesus while I live
Most people spend 2â3 hours daily on social media yet struggle to find even 10 minutes for Jesus.
If you are too busy to have a quiet time, you are too busy.
Did you know that 1 John 5:13 tells us that we can know for sure that we are going to heaven?
Wouldn't you like to know also?

Do you have the bible on your phone yet? Click the pic to get the free bible app. It also includes great daily devotions and bible reading plans to help you grow in your relationship with God.
Did you know that when you place your child in the nursery, you can receive a username and password for a video link that allows you to check on your child during the service?
The internet is an amazing resource, but it can be a little risky when it comes to questions you may have about the bible. How do you know what to believe? "Got Questions" is a website that can provide some pretty good answers. Click below to check it out.
Of course, you are always welcome to reach out to Pastor Doug. He loves questions!
